We are pleased to announce the promotion of our Mr Andy Gan Kok Jin to the position of Senior Associate with effect from 1 September 2025. 

Andy has 4 years of PQE in dispute resolution, with experience spanning a wide range of civil and commercial disputes as well as arbitration. His areas of specialisation include construction disputes, land matters, judicial review, contractual and corporate disputes, as well as industrial relations. He advises prominent corporate clients on diverse legal issues and is a regular contributor to leading legal publications, including the International Comparative Legal Guides (ICLG) and Lexology.
