Litigation

Mr Teh Eng Lay obtained his Law degree with Honours from the University of London and thereafter obtained his Certificate in Legal Practice from the Qualifying Board. He completed his pupillage in the Chambers of Mr Su Tiang Joo and joined the Firm as a Legal Assistant in August 2001 upon his admission as an Advocate & Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya. He was made a Senior Legal Assistant in 2005 and a Partner in August 2007. He regularly appears before the Industrial Court, Subordinate Courts and High Court and also as junior counsel in the Court of Appeal and the Federal Court of Malaysia. He handles a variety of litigation cases involving matters on employment and industrial relations, administrative and public law, land transactions and contractual disputes.
